Hotel Regulations

The hotel management will highly appreciate your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which are introduced to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for our guests.

§1

1. A hotel room is rented for days.

2. If the guest does not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.

3. The hotel day starts at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure.

§2

1. A request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the hotel guest should report at the reception desk by 10.00 on the day on which the deadline for renting the room expires.

2. The hotel will take into account the wish to extend the stay as far as possible. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest’s stay in the event of failure to make full payment for the current period of stay and in the event of failure to comply with the regulations.

§3

1. The hotel guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he has paid the fee for the stay has not expired.

2. Persons not checked-in at the hotel may stay in a hotel room from 7.00 a.m. to 22.00. After 22.00 there is an obligation to check in additional people staying with guests in the room.

3. The hotel may refuse to accept a guest who grossly violated the Hotel Regulations during the previous stay, causing damage to hotel property or guests, or damage to guests, hotel employees or other people staying at the hotel, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of guests or the functioning of the hotel. hotel.

4. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card upon check-in in the amount of the entire stay and additionally PLN 100 / day for additional services.

5. The hotel reserves the right to verify the credit card for the reservation guarantee within 3 days before the planned arrival date.

6. If the reservation is not canceled by 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival or if the Guest does not arrive, the hotel will charge the Guest with the fee for the first night. The situation described above does not apply to special offers where different terms of sale, booking and payment may apply.

7.If the Guest resigns from the stay during the hotel day, the hotel will not refund the fee

§4

1. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the event of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them at the reception as soon as possible, which will enable the hotel to react immediately

2. The hotel is obliged to provide:

a) conditions for full and unhindered rest for the Guest,

b) security of stay, including the security of keeping the information about the Guest’s stay confidential (In accordance with the Act on the protection of personal data, the hotel will not provide third parties with any information regarding the Guest’s stay)

c) professional and courteous service in the field of all services provided in the hotel

d) cleaning the room and carrying out the necessary repairs of the devices during the Guest’s absence, and in his presence only if he wishes to do so,

e) technically sound room; in the event of defects that cannot be removed, the hotel will make every effort to change the room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience, if possible

§5

  1. Upon the Guest request hotel provides following services free of charge:

a) providing information related to the stay and travel

b) wake up at the appointed time

c) luggage storage (the hotel may refuse to accept luggage for storage on dates other than the dates of the guest’s stay and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage)

d) storing (during the Guest’s stay at the hotel) money, securities and valuable items, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value The hotel may refuse to accept these items only if they pose a threat to security or if they are too valuable in relation to the size or standard of the hotel or if they take up too much space

e) ordering a taxi

§6

1. The hotel must be quiet from 10 p.m. till 6 a.m. the next day.

2. The behavior of guests and people using the services of the hotel should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The hotel may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.

3.All rooms and public areas in the hotel are forbidden to smoke any tobacco products and electronic cigarettes. Please follow this rule. In the event of non-compliance with the above prohibition, a fee of PLN 500 / day will be charged.

§7

1. Each time leaving the room, the Guest should close the window, close the taps, remove the card from the cardholder and check if the door is closed.

2. The hotel guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the hotel equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card after his departure.

3. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters and other similar devices in hotel rooms that are not room equipment.

4. It is forbidden to bring to the hotel following products:

a) dangerous items (firearms, pneumatic weapons, gas guns, knives, ammunition, baseball bats)

b) explosives, pyrotechnics

c) narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs

d) canisters for spraying gases, corrosives and dyes

§8

  1. Personal belongings left by the departing Guest in the hotel room will be stored by the hotel for a period of 3 months, after which they will be handed over for disposal

§9

  1. The hotel does not accept pets.

§10

  1. Due to the current situation regarding COVID 19 cases, the Hotel will refuse to provide accommodation services to a person whose body temperature during the non-contact thermometer test at the reception desk will be 38 or higher, or will show symptoms typical of SARS-CoV-2 infection i.e. in addition to fever, dry cough, runny nose, fatigue.
  2. It is forbidden for outsiders to provide take-away food or drinks to enter the hotel premises.
